These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, events, and services provided by Rolling Video Games West Valley LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking an event, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure your event date.

• Prices do not include taxes and processing fees.

• Travel fees may apply outside our service radius.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be eligible for rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in loss of deposit.

• If we must cancel due to emergencies, equipment issues, or weather hazards, you will receive a full refund or reschedule.

3. Arrival & Setup

• We require safe, legal parking space for our gaming truck.

• If parking or access is blocked, unsafe, or not permitted, your event may be shortened or canceled with no refund.

• We arrive approximately 10–20 minutes before the scheduled time to set up.

4. Safety & Behavior

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• No vaping, or smoking inside the gaming truck.

• Any intentional/Unintentional damage to equipment caused by guest misuse will result in fees.

5. Photos & Videos

By booking an event, you acknowledge that we may take photos and videos during events for marketing, social media, and promotional use unless you request otherwise in writing before your event.

6. Weather Policy

We operate in most weather conditions. However:

• Extreme heat

• High winds

• Dangerous storms
  may require postponement or cancellation for safety.

​

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe behavior.

• You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment at your event location.

• Rolling Video Games West Valley LLC is fully insured.

8. Agreement

Booking or participating in our services indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
