REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellations by Customer

7+ days before event: Eligible for reschedule or credit.

Less than 7 days: Deposits/payments may be non-refundable.

Same-day cancellations: No refunds.

2. Cancellations by Rolling Video Games West Valley LLC
If we must cancel due to:

Vehicle issues
-
Staff emergencies
-
Unsafe weather
-
Hazardous conditions at event location
→ You will receive a full refund or free reschedule.

3. Late Starts
If caused by the customer (parking issues, gate problems, no access), the event may be shortened with no refund.
If caused by us, we will extend the time or discount accordingly.

4. No-Show Policy
If we arrive and no one is present, we wait 15 minutes. After that, it is considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

5. Refund Processing
Refunds (if approved) are issued back to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or processor.
